Bernadette Sucec, founder and CEO
Bernadette is a CPA with over 20 years of experience helping organizations across multiple industries move to the next level of exemplary performance. Clients applaud Bernadette for her abundant energy and unique creativity. Her laser-like focus on identifying key business drivers and implementing systems and processes, create sustainable gains in performance. She has extensive experience in both public and private accounting and has also developed specialties in talent management and operational management.
In her roles as Director of Operations, Controller, and CFO, she has helped organizations, ranging in size from $5 million to $150 million in sales, sustain and enhance their profitability and growth. Her multi-facted client engagements cover a broad range of industries from internationally known interior design firms, to law firms, architectural firms, commercial real estate companies and manufacturing environments.
Bernadette received her BS in Accounting from DePaul University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
